Biography

Gini Johnson has been an enthusiastic real estate professional since 1999. She has a passion for providing her clients with true customer service.. She began in real estate with her husband Larry, but has since recruited her daughter-in-law, her daughter, and her son into the business to create The Johnson Team – your full service family real estate team.

Gini’s passion in modern design came from her mother and her love of all things Modern! Her interest escalated while representing modern builders and designers in the West Seattle area such as Sean Bell, Brian Tittle, and The Neighborhood Company. She discovered she had a knack for representing ultra hip designers who use “green” building techniques.

Sarah Do-Johnson is a Vietnamese American and was born in Southern California, but raised primarily in the Bellevue/Redmond area.   She has strong Vietnamese cultural ties, enjoys visiting the Orient, and speaks Vietnamese fluently. Sarah loves the idea of “living in art” and brings her exotic Asian ties and style to 360 Modern. She has been a real estate agent for over 7 years, was awarded Seattle Magazine’s Best in Client Satisfaction Awards in both 2004 and 2005 and is currently in Prudential Real Estate’s Leading Edge Society.

Larry Johnson Jr., or Junior, as he is affectionately called, has a mixed background, including over 10 years in the home construction field. Prior to owning his own company, LDJ construction, Junior learned the skills of structural design and remodeling from two local West Seattle architects and designers. His extensive experience and knowledge of building techniques has served him well in real estate. Hemarvels at the unique qualities that classic mid-century and contemporary modern homes provide. He thrives in the 360 Modern environment of sharing knowledge and appreciation of all things modern.

Gini and her team live and work in West Seattle. She loves that West Seattle neighborhoods are filled with a variety of architectural styles of home and feels West Seattle is a prime area to develop more modern homes that can capture both city and sound views.
