For Joe, the obsession with real estate began at young age. Demanding that mom & dad pull over so he could grab flyers from sign posts, Joe just couldn’t get enough.  After finishing his degree at the University of Washington, Joe began his real estate career. In his early real estate years, Joe focused on first time buyers and condo sales, where he gained his appreciation for downtown living. Also a graduate from the University of Washington, Franz began his career in marketing and then transitioned to residential sales in 2010.
