Biography

Mark grew up in southern California and later in the Seattle area in a series of low pitched roof post and beam homes, his appreciation of modern architecture started at an early age. Long a collector of mid century furniture and decorative arts, he has many resources and contacts in the modern community. His enthusiasm and passion for the modern esthetic is inherent.

Mark’s background in construction and as the former owner of a company specializing in the restoration and rehabilitation of classic homes gives him unique knowledge and expertise in the sale or purchase of a modern home.

In 2003, Mark and his family had the opportunity to purchase a “worn around the edges” 1965 waterfront home designed by the world renowned firm of NBBJ with William Bain as lead near Poulsbo, Washington and have been slowly restoring it to it’s former glory. Mark’s knowledge of construction and waterfront and view living combined with his passion for modern architecture makes him a terrific resource if you are looking to buy or sell a home in this beautiful part of Washington State.
